Macy-Pan offers a 1-year warranty with free replacement parts for any issues with materials or design, as long as the chamber is used properly for its intended purpose. If a problem requires more than just parts replacement, Macy-Pan will replace the entire chamber or its component at no cost within the first 12 months after purchase.
To assess any faults, customers can easily use photos and videos online, eliminating the need to return the faulty part to the factory.
After the first year, replacement parts will be available at cost plus shipping. Extended warranty options can be added at purchase.
